At least as I understand it. Thus the reason people are not putting the brz nav in the frs.

Same harness. I used the 97-up Toyota harness to install my Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS my BRZ.

The BRZ has a couple extra harnesses, but the main ones are the same, at least i would think so based on the fact that the toyota harness worked for my install.

I finally got mine installed on my BRZ and I really love it.
Sounds loud and crisp and clear.

Shipped fast and arrived without any damage and Daniel was great to work with. Great product.

The system is great indeed for the dollar. As I mentioned to Daniel there is only one thing if possible IMO opinion that could be improved upon and that would be independant sub control as the stock unit has the ability. I understand why they tied into the back speakers, but there must be some way to utilize the sub out...

Did you call them directly to get your brz version? I'm trying to figure out where I can get a discounted rate for it most of the frs guys have been getting theirs for about 950. Just curious where and how much you paid for yours. Can PM with details if you don't want to post it on here. Thanks

Just call Blake at toyota parts outlet. He can just specify the brz version when he orders.

It's worth every penny for such a clean install and outstanding sound. I can't imagine how good it will sound when they release their reference series that replaces the door and rear speakers (not totally sure they're both replaced, details are scarce right now.)

I actually emailed them last week and they are in pre production at the moment, eta sometime this summer. Its supposed to be replacing all 6 remaining speakers in the system.

They give you any idea on how much it will be?
