Top gear top tip: Ditch the OEM oil idiot light for a proper oil pressure gauge.

I programmed the car on Friday and test drove it, the car runs great besides running super rich. I sent Shiv my first data log Friday night and have yet to hear back from him. Since then, I've been easing the car around to break in the clutch and using it to drive to work. So far so good, just sucks to wait.
I did the same thing with my PCV.
Yeah, waiting that long for a tuner to respond must suck. I'm going through tuning right now remotely with Delicious tuning. This is my first experience with remote tuning. What I've learned is that for non-standard setups like yours and mine (KW c38 SC on 93oct, with headers and pipes), there can be quite a bit back and forth with logging and re-flashing to get the tune honed in after the base map. Not to mention any questions you may have along the way for the tuner. I've been working with Delicious for several weeks now and they get back to me asap. Sometimes within minutes. I'm really the reason why it's been taking so long! I've been chasing around boost leaks and putting it on hold for days, and now come to find out my recirc valve is acting up.
I can't imagine waiting days for a reply! I'll submit my logs to Delicious and then like two hours later I'll get my new map. If I submit it in the evening, I always get my new map early the next day. My tune is practically completed though. WOT and cruise trims are all good, just the idle is still off because my recirc valve is blowing at idle when it shouldn't. I gotta order a new one.

good luck man!

Yeah, I'm getting pretty impatient. How much was your tuning through Delicious?

$600 for their Flash&Go tune. Then there's the cost of the ECUtek license and dongle&cable. The license was $345, and I found a dongle&cable used for $220

It can get a bit pricey, but it has been totally worth it. Considering the time they spend on reading the logs and tuning, the level of attention I've received, and how their tune feels on the car, and having zero problems with any of their maps, it's a bargain.

Ahh, I see. Perfect example of "you get what you pay for" Shivs e-tuning service is only $250, and $500 for the tablet. Probably going to wait it out a little longer then I might switch providers. Thanks for the info!

I have to apologize. I made a mistake on my last post, I actually did not work with Shiv, it was Vishnu. Vishnu was awesome. I don't know anything about Shiv. Sorry.
Shiv is Vishnu.

Shiv finally got back to me last night, he sent me a graphed version of the spreadsheet data log I sent him. He said everything looks good except I'm running pretty rich above 6k due to low boost, I'm only seeing 6-7psi and the wastegate spring is rated at 10psi. I checked the car over for boost leaks and found no obvious signs of leaking. All the charge pipe connectors are tight, BOV is working normally, all the EVAP crap is clamped and tight. Then I remembered back to when I installed the turbo, the wastegate wasn't seated all the way to the housing, hmmmmm, isn't the wastegate supposed to be shut when there's no boost being made? I adjusted the pushrod to its pretty damn close to shut with the car off and test drove it. Boost builds quicker and I'm seeing about 9.5psi at the top of the rev range with 70°F AIT, pretty good right? Or should I be seeing a constant 10psi?

Don't quote me 100% on this, but I'm pretty sure that is within spec. I feel like there are some springs that are known for beginning to open the wastegate at the spec psi and other springs (maybe higher quality) that are known to hold tight until the last possible second or ounce of pressure, but 9.5 psi seems good.
