Out of curiosity (Since the main post is not updated often) has anyone seen a difference in OEL vs EL Performance when supercharged with this style setup?

I have always liked the OEL sound but this time around I have the PLM EL Long Tube setup and while NA it did seem to perform better up top I am wondering if that's a concern as much anymore or if I can trade back to a OEL instead.

I am running 3" Header back including Overpipe.

Also @SprintexUSA I would love an answer to my question regarding the Innovate 210 Kit I just bought new from a Vendor, who do I register the warranty with and talk to if I have issues since Innovate is no longer working with this kit?

Two of us guys in the Portland Oregon area have the 210 kit with the intercooler. We both noticed that the water pump for the intercooler is patched into the injector plug on the drivers front (#2?). The connection is a little loose so both of us were having misfires as the injector wasn't getting power anymore. We both bent the tip of the plug a little so it stays in all the way, sort of like when you have a loose wall plug and bent the plug a little to get it to stay. In troubleshooting I stripped the bolt hole for the fuel rail and had to helicoil it back to life. Also had an o-ring washer on one of the injectors break so had to get another one of those as well. I had quite the little ordeal just to find out the connector just needs to be bent and pushed in all the way. I learned new stuff along the way which is nice, but the rest... not as fun.

Anyone have a 75mm pulley that came with the intercooled kit lying around that I can experiment with? :-)

Mine came with the 80mm since it's non intercooled. :-(

@moto-mike or @SprintexUSA I was wondering how much more power you'd expect to see from upgrading my current system:

-JDL UEL catless header, Nameless 2.5" catted and resonated over/front pipe, Invidia resonated Q300

to the following:

-Full 3" exhaust: JDL UEL catted header, JDL 3" catted and resonated over/front pipe, JDL 3" D2 exhaust

I figure 2 cats because I want to keep sound down since 3" can get loud even if having 2 cats won't give me as much as without.

I have an intercooled 210 supercharger with 70mm pulley running 92oct with Perrin 2.5" intake. Thinking about saving up to get the Perrin larger 3" intake. Also saving up for a Flex Fuel kit.

Well...I don't have dyno sheets on that, but shooting from the hip I would say "Not much" would be the gains. If you just want to quiet it down and pass emissions, then the swap makes sense.

Any restriction you can relieve is a good one. On sane, daily driven boost levels, you will always be looking at a handful of power gains from your mods and not leaps and bounds.

I had the privilege recently of comparing 8psi of turbo boost, 8psi on our unit, and a tweaked n/a car all back to back to back. They felt identical. No joke. I do love my blowers, but it was hard to pick a favorite in that comparo. Over 3k, they all felt the same by the seat of the pants. Our kit was quicker at low rpm, like you would expect. From a roll in the midrange just mashing the gas in gear, all 3 were even. I very much like how this chassis puts everyone on an even playing field.

I agree, I have the downstream cat left, and the sound can be heard a mile away at full throttle. Tomei type 80 CBE and EL Header

Now, the car is in the midst of some work, so I wasn't able to verify that the squeak is gone. But regardless if it is, this pulley needed to be replaced. So I figured I should show the other owners of this kit that may have the same pulley, in case there was a bad batch of bearings.

FYI, I replaced it with a Gates 38018 pulley.
I used the larger (76mm) idler pulley for my 69mm drive - fits perfectly, and less chance of the tensioner bottoming out

Anyone try this SC oil? With so many people seeming to complain about burning through Redline, perhaps a higher quality oil would cut back on that?

Hey, so yeah... I tried that. I'll detail a bit more, but it will slow burning. The redline fluid is real shit, honestly. I'd recommend using the Jon Bond specifically formulated supercharger oil. It runs a little cooler but is also a bit thinner. The kicker about it being thinner is if your seals are a little toasted you'll burn oil at a faster rate.
