If you guys do produce an EL version, which one do you think would create more power? I personally prefer the sound of an EL over a UEL, but if I purchase this, knowing it produces more power is enough to help me sleep at night lol

I'm pretty sure EL is better for performance, that’s why Subaru went with ELon the BRZ/FRS and is going with EL in their 2015 WRX. I could be wrong thoughas I'm no expert.

My understanding, is that the equal length makes more power up top... And the unequal length makes more power down low.... But the difference is only slightly , but that is just what I understand. I could be wrong, if so someone correct me.

The stock header is actually UEL, you just don't hear it that well

Not true, an EL will always make more power. The length and collection point of the 4 into either 2-1 or into 1 can change the torque/power output in the rev range.

By the looks of their Instagram, it seems like they are also going to offer a non-catted UEL.

*Sorry if I spoiled the surprise.

I was looking at that picture and was wondering how they were able to miniaturize the HFC...

What would be the main difference? Just sound and performance?

And CEL. And emission laws.

Like @tbertran said, CEL and emissions, and also smell. It would be louder, but I'm not sure how much performance would be effected. Cats nowadays run smooth enough that you aren't going to lose much power with cats.
