Thanks for the info! I'll add it to the XDF for the next release Got a few pounds of turkey to eat and digest first....

maybe you could do your tuning in RR and then load the tune in BRZEdit (diff and copy if needed from your current one whatever you missed)? I remember they posted that they made this feature (loading OFT tunes which is just a bin format) available for personal version?
brzedit is drm hell. i'm pretty sure you can't open just any old rom with it. has to be pulled by their software i think. i've never actually tried, though. i haven't been able to find an option to save an unencrypted bin.

You can open un-encrypted roms now, but you cannot save them as un-encrypted.... Such a bummer that epifan is so far behind in adding new table defs... i love brzedit as an editor, logger, log analysis tool... but the defs are so far behind now and you cannot save to un-encrypted format so there is no way to continue using brzedit if you need access to tables the "open" deff tools allow access too.

Hey, thanks for getting those 3D cranking pulse width tables defined for me... I can confirm they work as of this AM..... E85 - E95 cold start tuning just got WAY easier

Shiv, you need to add the new cranking pulse width tables from Rom Raider to the next xdf. They are in the Za1ja00c git hub deff's. Hit me up if you need them.

I don't think these are defined for the OFT yet, but they are in the Romraider definitions I put together:

The switch on is already quite high stock (1300 RPM, compared to an STI for example at 900), but worth a try.

Otherwise, I can take you through the idle stability tables.
Addresses for A01G ROM:

Code:
    <table name="Overrun Fueling RPM Resume Threshold" storageaddress="10E308">
      <table type="X Axis" storageaddress="10CEB4" />
    </table>
    <table name="Overrun Enrich RPM Delta Activation" storageaddress="10C47C" />
    <table name="Overrun initial injector enrichment (pulsewidth)" storageaddress="10C480" />
    <table name="Overrun Fueling Cut Counter RPM Threshold" storageaddress="10C504" />

@shiv@vishnu

I'm currently using the Stage 1 1.34B map on my otherwise stock car. Working great. However, I'm tempted to pick up a Perrin CAI (not the 3" Big MAF edition that just came out, just the regular one) with all these Black Friday sales going on. Unfortunately I don't have access to a dyno where I live and I assume the Stage 2 map would be too aggressive given I'm still on the stock headers.

What would be the best route to take for now, just stick with the OTS Stage 1?

If you can't resist spending some money on a great deal, catless header and stage 2 is the way to go

And I'm sure I'll get the Vishnu headers down the road, but I was able to get the Perrin CAI plus the intake hose from RallySport Direct for $345, which is just a little over what JUST the CAI costs by itself normally. The sale was too good to pass up.

Had massive issues getting started this morning on E85. Low of 29 last night and took over 20 attempts to get started. I did fill the tank up the second time the day before so I should have full E85 in there instead of a slight mix of 93 (1-2 gallons) and E85. Might either swap back to 93 until the winter is over or just drive the other car to work when its below 35 degrees outside since the car started just fine the other day when it was warmer.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance on the subject but is there anywhere I can read up on what to change and by how much to resolve this issue?

Our do you have any tips on where to start at?

I just left the house an hour ago and had to attempt to crank three times before I got it started and it's only 45 degrees out atm. If I can't get this resolved I'm just going to put the BRZ in the garage and drive my other car on days I have to work because I can't risk not being able to start the car in the morning when it's time to goto work.
