Just had a giant roast beef sammy. Time to neglect cleaning the gutters and take a nap.

Well, today's job was draining and dismantling our king size water bed. For nearly 40 years the wife and I have slept on a full motion, slap it hard and ride the ripples, hippy dippy pleasure pad. New bed, box spring and mattress are due this coming Friday. So, until then she's sleeping in our youngest daughter's old room and I'm in the oldest daughter's room. (We don't fit together in a double anymore)
So, I started the process around 9:15 a.m. by running the hose out the sliding doors from our bed room across the back deck and part way down the back yard. That stupid little hand pump that affixes to the bladder didn't do anything so I sucked on that hose to start things going. It would run for a bit then stop. I'd suck some more, get it going only to have it stop again. This went on most of the day. By the end of I must have swallowed several liters of scungy old bed water. I got the most of it out by around 1:30 p.m. I dragged the bladder out onto the back deck and fought with it for another hour trying to get the last of the water out. Then came the real fun stuff. I got so frustrated I waited for the wife to get home. To be honest, she did most of the tear down I just helped carrying the bits out of the bed room. Oh well, one chapter ends and another is about to begin.

Finished off another tattoo today, wanted to get another piece done, but the one that we had planned just wouldn’t fit with what I have started my sleeve with. That was a bit of a bummer. The good news is that the artist is going to draw something for me, instead of using flash art. The original plan was to do a sleeve out of all flash from him, and then use non flash to fill it up, but I suppose that plan is out the window.

Tomorrow is going to be a big day, driving about 2 hours north to do some auto cross, and the fiancée will be codriving my car. Pretty pumped for that, and looking forward to probably the last autox I’ll be able to make for the year. Gunna be driving with a different group than normal, but apparently it’s a great venue, and it’s $20 cheaper than the other guys, no free lunch though

If you get one right here, there is a good chance, in the future, you will have room to expand it -

Not all do, I’ve seen quite a few couples running their own individual cars at auto x.

And in terms of “room to grow for tattoos” here’s what I’m looking at on the front side, and a bonus shot at the start of my sleeve.

What I was trying to get at was the girlfriends/wives that "help" the male drivers drive (like back seat drivers) -

As far as the tattoos - all I will say is "ouch" -

Ive got a passive dream id meet my future wife at an autox.

turns out its just young hot shoes like myself and old farty guys whose wives sit under umbrellas and make snide comments about hitting cones.

great group of people, really just not... the dating arena I fancied.
