Initially I put this down to the "just flashed" symptom where the ECU takes awhile to get up to speed. But reading Bill's post I wonder if it's possible to switch throttle map to "Sport" instead.....because at the moment it feels like its on the "Soft" setting as described above.

Also noticed some bucking happening when taking off quickly, where the car jerks momentarily as soon as I've released the clutch pedal and press on the throttle.

Pretty sure Bill will be able sorts these issues out, and apart from that, it's really smooth to drive and the biggest improvement I've noticed was the total elimination of shift-knock and tip-in knock at WOT.
I believe you have our update for the throttle at this time and should make the care more responsive as requested.

Cheers,
William Knose

Can anyone provide the hex bolt size for the 6 bolts that attach the rear intake chamber? See image below.

My wrench says 5mm. I tried 5.5mm and it was too big.

Bolt sizes are typically by shank diameter, not head size

That's why I specifically said I used a 5mm wrench because I had a feeling bolt specs are retarded like that

Anyone with the innovate/sprintex kit using the OEM Subaru oil cooler? I'd like see how you've connected the hoses to the throttle body inlet/outlet....

Running the Sprintex 210 w/ inter cooler with a 69mm pulley, E85 (flex fuel), full HKS exhaust w/ cats and a custom Ecutek tune.
1050cc injectors.
Pulling about 11psi and 200kw at the wheels - is this what I should be expecting or should I be getting more out of the car?

Depend on the dyno and the operator.

^ This. Personally I don't really care what peak power my car makes or can make, but instead how the power and torque is delivered when driving.

That's sound like you're in the correct ballpark. No cats would get you a little more as would a full 3" exhaust, but the price/increase isn't really worth it in my opinion.

Are you talking about the OEM forester cooler? If so I have it, but the setup is no different than if I was running the supercharger or not. I'd check that thread out for more info (if thats in fact what your talking about lol).

Yes the forester cooler. Nevermind I figured out how to run the coolant lines. I'm going to just hook it up to the throttle body coolant loop.....the easiest method

Anyone still using the factory catback with the supercharger? Is it possible for the internal baffles inside the factory muffler to fail/break?

I've noticed over the past week or so that there's a loud rasp coming from the muffler. Started happening intermittently and only in certain mid to high engine loads. But since I fitted my catless UEL header this morning the rasp just went ballistic! Even blipping the throttle in neutral now will give out an enormous rasp, very distinctly coming from the rear end.

Note: there are no leaks whatsoever, and was verified by the exhaust shop. I'm going to try borrowing a mate's used factory muffler to see if that makes any difference. By the way my exhaust setup is catless header, 2.5" overpipe, 2.5" catted front pipe, stock catback.

Unlikely it's your muffler's fault. The rasp is def. from your header. You hear it from the rear end because that's where the exhaust sound comes from. You wouldn't expect it to come from the front end, unless you have an exhaust leak.
