The GC to me and most car guys is an Impreza. BK could be 'Badass Korean'? The thing with Hyundai for me is kind of the same issue I have with Ford. I really respect what they're doing industry-wise (improvements, performance, not needing a bailout, etc...), but for some reason (purely emotional I guess) I would never buy one. And my biggest problem with Hyundai specifically is their recent styling always seems like it would have been spectacular if they had stopped a couple steps sooner than they did. This applies mostly to the Genesis coupe and the new Sonata. Really, really close to a great looking car, but too much extra 'stuff'. I don't know, just rambling I guess...

Ugh, so yeah, I got rear ended today on the highway. I stopped in time to avoid hitting the guy in front of me, but the guy two cars back did not, pushing the car behind me into my bumper.
![]() Its cracked, but not too serious. Full body kit time?

I'd try to get a agent to write you an estimate check, get it fixed for as cheap as possible and use the extra money towards mods.

Yeah, I only have 6k kilometers on the car, bought it in the end of October. I've been talking to the guy that initiated the whole transfer of kinetic energy. He is willing to work out a non-insurance deal, like pay me the price of an OEM bumper and install. I'd rather not tell my insurance, they like to make excuses for making a 22 yr old pay more than I already do, no matter if I am at fault or not.
@ Dragonitti, True I could buy a real CF wing, or I could wrap one myself. Haven't made up my mind yet cause I'm not jumping on a wing at the moment. @NESW20 Do it, that would make your truck super sick.

oh, there's no question. bumper either shipped Friday or will ship tomorrow. it should be on my truck by christmas. i saved a ton by doing the bumper labor myself. the rest of the insurance money will go toward a new suspension (roughly 2.5" lift).
