For those running 25mm spacers or wider, did you need extended studs?

I'm running 25mm all the way around and used stock studs. Go 20 in the front if you can. My front wheels throw debris all over the side of my car. Worse than I thought it would. I may end up taking them off for awhile until I get some paint protection or mud flaps. I like the handling on the pro kit a lot better without them, just doesn't look as good.

You'd use extended studs if you're planning to use slip-on spacers over 5mm or so, to ensure that you get enough available thread to spread the load of the lug nuts being torqued. I'm not sure how wide is too wide when it comes to spacers over extended studs, but I would think it'd be best to keep it minimal still. Maybe that's where the slop comes from that someone else mentioned.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this thread. As a result of everyone's input, I finally settled on 20mm spacers for the front and 25mm spacers for the rear. Coupled with Eibach Sportline Springs (and a few other suspension mods), I got the exact look and stance I wanted.
Here are the results: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And final stance photos: ![]() ![]() ![]()
