I just want to see someone put a totally random emblem on their car--BMW, Lotus, Ferrari, something like that. Most people "out there" know so little about cars, they would believe it if you told them.

To be correct you would need subi inside, Toyota on the front, and scion on the back.

The badge on the car (especially the nose) is historically the designer, not the coachbuilder.
In this case, that would Toyota as neither Scion nor Subaru penned the design. The actual coachbuilder (Subaru) would have their badges relegated to door jambs and/or less prominent locations, such as the trunk lid. At least from a historical perspective. E.g., Examine where the Pininfarina logo ends up on a Ferrari or where the Fleetwood badge ends up on a Cadillac or where the Ghia badge ends up on a VW or where the Fisher badge ends up on a Chevrolet or even where the Magna Steyr badge ends up on a MINI. ***The More You Know*** |
