* Adding an oil cooler on top of this is going to make it a bit questionable.
Oil Cooler> Intercooler > Rotrex Oil Cooler > Radiator > Intake Filter
That is going to be quite the stack up there. I don't like what I saw in terms of coolant and oil temps with my setup after extended runs even with larger radiator.

With that said:
* Yeah power is great but would like to see some track logs showing temps over a 20-40 minute session of coolant and oil temps. My guess is you are going to have to drop cooling fan activation points much lower.

(Not being negative just stating some obvious questions)
The kit is specifically designed, so that you just relocate the Rotrex oil cooler laterally, so that the two coolers are next to each other, instead of stacked.

That's a neat little tidbit I hadn't heard before.

This was forwarded to me today, figured I'd post it up (in regards to E85) and figured you might want to be enlightened.

pfft, Anyone who thinks they can ignore the hygroscopic nature of alcohol, and treat it like any other hydrocarbon based fuel is in for a big surprise, yo.

Flex fuel solve lot of those issue's
I have VW R32 superchaged engine in my VW T5 Van with flex fuel for 200000km already and no problem yet.
Where I leave air humidty is at 30% most of the time so could be more of a problem on place with 80% humidity. Any way I burn those tank so fast because of the 30% extra fuel and the few gas station with E85 have to refill so often their tank because E85 is here half price of 93

Also to mention that here we push a bit more our engine than you guy's in US. Or at least were I have been in the US (fast guy's were 75 MPH about 120 Km/h)
I use my VAN for my Job travel and most of trip will be around 1000km to 2000 KM long one way. For exemple France to Denmark in 13 hour about 2000 Km
I do those at speed of 160 to 220 KM/H in one time no stop exept for quick refill
So my Van have 200000Km of hard life under E85

I'm going to put my two cents in about this. I think you guys did an amazing job on installation and not going to down on you guys.
That being said I feel like litchfield did a better job with the rotrex setup.
Props to @Drift-Office for the install.

Yeah, the litchfield kit is much more logical layout, looks like the jackson kit the designer just did not want to go back and re design the rest of the kit when they got to the charge pipe and realized it didn't fit well.

Results are in, customer has taken delivery of his vehicle!

Here's the dyno sheet... and something to keep in mind :

We're running a winter blend of 92 Octane and I'm sure I could squeeze a bit more but given the variables, this is more of a conservative tune. We're also running a custom Speed Density (SD) calibration, and understand that when you do this, you're not looking at some E-Tune or off the shelf map. When going to SD, each car's engine has it's own VE, and there is no one size fits all calibration, at least not for optimization purposes.

Anyone purchasing either of the SC kits should save themselves mucho headaches and head to a local on-site dyno tuner and expect to pay more $$$...
