That is why people were saying "numbers don't count"

For it to be a good comparison of gains, I think you should have a baseline from the same dyno. I understand there are changes for weather but at least all your pulls on the same dyno helps put things into perspective.

All dynos read different and a knowledgeable tuner can even offset the dyno numbers.

@NickFRS I forget, which type of dyno is similar to. Dynojet (single roller per set of wheels), Mustand (individual rollers per wheel), or the Dynapack (remove wheels and bolt up to the hub)

Thanks.

Edit: Think I found some pics. It appears to be individual rollers per wheel, correct?

This was from my first tune. And I can get a baseline from then like I said. I just need to ask my tuner to print them.

I'm also going to a dyno jet later to do some pulls with the nameless car.

Every wheel has 2 rollers. 8 rollers in total. And we actually call this dyno the heart breaker. Because in the PNW it usually reads the lowest out of all the shops.

DynoDynamics typically read lower than a Dynojoet. But it all depends on how its set up. I think they can make it read "Dynojet" numbers. Im no dyno expert, but I have used those in the past and on two of my previouse cars, I made about 10-20whp less on a DynoDynamics. But I don't think that's the case with his.

It can read lower, I'm saying that it's easy to make it read higher. Haha. Not saying they all do.

The English racing dynojet "that nameless performance uses" usually reads higher then the PRE dyno. They don't change it to read higher. They don't see a point in cheating results. But i'll make sure to do a dyno shoot out in the area for fun!
