If you have to park your car in public places it will eventually get dinged. Its a part of daily driving a car. You can do everything you can to avoid it but it will happen eventually. I also got dings from highway rocks.
Its a car. If budget allows do a paintless dent removal or just repaint the whole car if you have it after 10 years. |

@carbonBLUE this is exactly what my fiancee and I do when we get home. I live in an apartment complex with no assigned parking. We always park at the end of the parking lot with the frs in the last spot and his tC parked as close as possible in the next spot. Great strategy!

Sorry to hear this, I feel your pain. I had the same idea earlier in the week parking next to an early 90s fairly modded but yet clean 5.0 Mustang near the back of a CVS so that I could get some meds for my cold. Gust of wind came out of nowhere when I opened my door, luckily I grabbed the door handle just in time as it was about an inch away from taking the side mirror off (we were parked in opposite directions, I always back the frs into parking spaces due to better visibility when trying to leave). Man at that moment, I wasnt sure if I spiked a fever or if I nearly peed myself thinking my driver side door was going to destroy that side mirror, I forget how light the doors are.
