Correct me if I'm wrong, but this kit won't be emissions legal in many states even with a cat if the AEM EMS is used. In my state they use OBDII to do emissions tests to register a car. It would have to be stock ecu+ecutek or other type of flash that retains OBDII.

These are in the first post. Was there a specific area you wanted to see?

Not all options for extremely modifying your car are going to be emissions legal, you just do what works for you. Everything can't be 100% legal in all 50 states.

For those who are reading and don't know, AEM is an incredible system, but you're going to pay a good amount of money for it. But once you have it, you have great tuning capability.
@JDLAutoDesign is that Series 2 or EMS4? I'm assuming you didn't go with Infinity, lol

Looks like the bumper beam is trimmed. How much needs to be removed?

You can run ecutek or any other form of management with this kit. It won't be provided with a tuning solution. I dont' believe in off the shelf tunes, it's better to find a tuner you can work with (preferably local) and use whatever system they are most comfortable with.

About 2.5"-3" notched out where the ic pipes pass through. Took about 15 mins with a cut off wheel. Beam is still strong and supportive. I may fab a lightweight beam sometime in the future that will work with no trimming etc.
