Got video footage! I'm working on editing it now to clean out some of the dead time at the dyno. I'll try to get uploading ASAP.

The overpipe / HFC / exhaust made about 7-9 horsepower on an all-wheel drive, in ground DynoJet. We're pretty happy with the results, especially since the car felt much more responsive on the way home.

So videos first... more info on the exhaust after that. Stay tuned and thanks for your patience! Here's some photos to hold you guys over.

I don't mean to get off topic but your flu shot probably saved you from full blown flu like symptoms. I am a medical student and the point of the flu shot is not to make you immune but to lessen the symptoms by making your body react faster to the presence of the virus. Again I apologize for being off topic but people should really get the flu shot especially for years like this year. Also great work on the prototype I wish I didn't already have the TRD exhaust or I would for sure get this. Great customer service.

Looks great, you guys did a great job keeping the pipe as straight as possible. Did you end up eliminating that doughnut gasket and going with just a typical flange two hole gasket?

Not for this prototype. This prototype has a machined flange to use the factory donut gasket.

So you have the entire system installed now? No leaks at all eh?

Did you end up using original factory gaskets? Buying new factory gaskets? Going with Motiv gaskets?

We used all of our gaskets and reused the factory donut gasket. No issues!

We're working on getting the cost down. We are heading to the bender sometime next week to see what they will be charging us to have the midpipe all one-piece mandrel bent...then we'll have a better idea.
