It isn't just the bling factor. That set up seems to be nothing more than an empty can with some fittings. I am going FI so function is my priority.

I like the design of the Saikou Michi because it's internally baffled. Plus the input is on the top of the can and the vent is at the top too. The only way you'll get blow by is if the can fill up to the top. Here's how they are designed. http://www.saikoumichi.com/OCC_explanation.htm

I like the location of the Cusco; it's pretty out-of-the-way:

Was this easy to instal?

to mount the oil catch can, it took me 10 minutes. took longer to run the hoses, 45 mins max if u have all the clamps (depends on if you want to vent it out or connect it back to intake).

One other note to add, if you are running turbo and catch a lot of gunk, make sure you run hose rated for oil use. If you don't, it will deteriorate very quickly. It may even collapse on you as well. I would consider the hoses a maintenance item in some cases.

I added a moroso, reused some piping from the removed sound generator that I removed earlier:

will report back after this weekend's auto-x event if I am able to catch any oil!

I'm test fitting one of our STI baffled catch cans, just to check places to fit it, and if we want to stick with that design. Not a finished piece, in other words.
