I’ll chime in with a pic. Mini spare is from a 2016 BRZ.
Fits the wheel well perfectly.
Adds 25 pounds of weight, but I like the peace of mind.

That looks worthy of some calls to junk yards, agree the piece of mind is worth it. Is there something holding it down that I am not seeing? Not sure about the Aussie solution

GCC-spec twins come with full-size spares, although if I remember correctly they sit higher than the trunk floor so the carpeting doesn't actually fit.

On the rare occasion of a flat tire, I would have my butler bring out another car for me and he would bring the car back to the garage after tending to the tire. Isn’t this what everyone does?

Yeah, probably the same as the Aussie spare situation I mentioned above (screen shot from review video added for clarification)..

I think you clicked on the wrong forum, were you looking for the Bentley forums?

Yep! that's exactly how the BRZ trunk looked when I visited the dealer showroom.

I simply bought an ez spare and it fits without the bulge. It was 300.00 from their website. We already have the jack and tire iron. Fits perfectly.

Ah that's right, they still have the jack and iron. So really just need the spare.

I'll go with the fix a flat and use the space to stash all my roadside junk.
