I haven't read through this whole thread so sorry if I'm repeating anything. If I were to start over again, I'd begin with:

1) Header & tune - a good header that gets rid of the torque dip really improves the car. ACE is good but expensive, if you're waiting based on cost, there are other nearly-as-good options for less money. I know you're under warranty - a properly installed header shouldn't void any warranty, but tunes are always a mixed bag. Usually not a problem but you just never know, so I hear you on the waiting.

2) Street pads/stainless lines/master cylinder brace - aside from the obvious 'keep your brake fluid fresh', if you drive hard, brake pads/lines/brace make a noticeable difference in your experience. OEM pads are fine, but there are various street+ pads out there that offer better bite with not too many downsides. Obviously if you're on the track in Arizona, get appropriate pads. The brace will help firm up the bottom end of the brake pedal.

3) Firmer transmission mount, subframe bushing inserts. Maybe solid steering rack bushings depending on what you're looking for.

4) Front camber bolts + rear LCAs + good alignment - add a bit of negative camber can really improve front end bite. Really rear LCA's aren't necessary unless you put lowering springs on it, but it gives you rear camber adjustment if you need. A lot of cars come from the factory with less than perfect alignments. The adjustable whiteline UCA bushings are supposedly a better solution bit I hear they're a pain to install.

5) Lightweight rims/good tires - not sure what you're running now, not sure what the newer cars come with, but the older cars like mine came with the crap tires. Easy (although $$$) upgrade.
