On the 7th day of the week either a half-century ride on my road bike, or 30-mile MTB XC ride, or day hike in the mountains half the year with cross-country skiing in the snow months.

My PC doc says I'm either in the top 5% for my age group or denial, he doesn't know which.
What the heck are "light free weights"?

I could use some lighter weights -

These, 30 lbs./side for bi-tri-shoulder-wrist work, go more for reps than exhaustion. At my age adding muscle mass is difficult without supplements so I focus on trying to maintain mass, such as it is, through reps and diet.

I also have a door frame mounted chin bar.

https://www.amazon.com/Multi-Functio...s%2C218&sr=8-9

And push up stands that help take stress off of wrists.

https://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Fitne...s%2C213&sr=8-2

I have the elliptical set up in front of a tv to watch streaming videos, the bike trainer using my road bike with a laptop running Trainer Road and a floor fan to keep cool.

Not that I know what I'm doing, it's a comfy routine I've done for years and need to maintain weight since I like to cook and eat well plus everything fits into a spare bedroom.

So you totally missed the joke of American "friendly" countries. Not exactly what you even attached that list to prove.
