After than proceed to the advance level and learn how to calculate the best pipe diameter, pipe length, etc... basing from your cylinder bore size and stroke, compression ratio, etc , including additional mods like superchargers and what not. Tuning is not just adjusting an aftermarket ECU but tuning is also as simple as putting the right pipes..etc

When you apply the science of it, you are a tuner... otherwise, you're just a ricer.
you sound fun to party with

you can get around it not being marked as correctable...

I had a douchebag cop write me up for inadequate exhaust and uneven tire wear... tried to write me up for window tint too, but my door windows were factory... oh yeah and had originally pulled me over because another cop claimed I had spun my tires while turning onto the street, which was b.s. I fought that and won...

He left both marked uncorrectable...

I got my new tires and went to have the CHP give me the correction, but he looked at the ticket and said it's not marked correctable so I can't sign it off.

I had already had the referee certify it with my cat back without baffles(had to test it without baffles because they were removable).

So I went and got the correction form (available online, incase you lose the original ticket) and went to a different police station, showed them my new tires and they signed it off.

He actually asked if it was correctable. I simply replied, "how could bald tires NOT be correctable?".
