Florida here, ordered 8/30, Got VIN on 10/23, no exact delivery date yet but today I a schedule date around 11/18 from my dealer.

More of topic, has anyone compared what CarMax is offering for trades vs Carvana?

When it says my estimated arrival is 11/16, does that mean at the port or at my dealership in Nashville?

Dealership. Definitely take your ETA to the store with a grain of salt. Port and railyard workers as well as truck drivers are super hard to find right now, so ETAs can see big delays. Mine was five days late waiting on a truck for a half hour drive.

Carmax was just under vroom and carvana. I got offers from all 3, then went to givemethevin and made them Beat all 3. For reference, CM offered me 36,4. Carvana and vroom around 36,6. I told GMTV they had to give me $37,1 for me to consider them, and they did it.

Vroom gave me a better offer then both of them for my 2021 grand cherokee.....then i checked a few dealers and got even a better price.

So at this point, VINs have showed up in every major area of the US except the mid-Atlantic. However, there are 3 vessels scheduled to dock next week in Baltimore. And yes, I know I need to be more patient.

I also got my Vin and updated ETA of 11/7 at the dealer. Ordered in July.

I am with you,......it's getting hard to wait. I am shocked that I waited this long. Usually in this amount of time I would have bought and sold a few cars by now lol.

I knew that I wanted one when it was introduced last November so it's been about a year now.
