Got the VIN and ETA this morning! Car was built in Jan and will arrive March 16. Still a long wait, but at least it's not June or something.

Hope you don't experience any delays, I know your uber anxious. But it's not surprising as it usually takes awhile to get to Ontario.

Hasn't Whiteout been a premium on top of the cost of the car from the get go?

Just be lucky that you didn't buy one of those Porsche 918s and check marked the box for the color "Liquid-Metal". That's a $60,000 option.

Congrats! It does confirm what my dealer said, the moment they get a VIN it'll be about 3 or so weeks before they arrive. I haven't got a VIN yet though, oh well if you got yours mine should be coming shortly...I hope.

I don't believe so if they are port-installed, just because the way they wire them. Only during headlights on if you push the foglight button to turn them on. This is how the BRZ ones work too from what I've read. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

If you do it yourself, and just like the people who have bought aftermarket kits, you could wire them to the sidemarkers and that would allow them to light up with parking lights and headlights on.

anyone know the kelvin temperature of the daytime running lights and the regular headlights?

And are the highbeams halogens or xenon?

I wonder if we can get the heated mirrors from the Monogram for a normal FR-S. I hate having my mirrors frozen in the winter. You really need the mirrors in this car.

LED DRL is 5000k, Headlights are 4300k. If you do end up buying a resistor to run between them to have LEDs on all the time, they dim during Headlight On so I don't notice a color difference.

Highbeams are Xenon as they are a Bi-xenon headlight.

TRD has a 6000k bulb available.

I'm really sorry to disappoint everyone but no whiteout here! Actually it's more of a brownout:

And they did what I asked them....Don't wash it!!!! which I am gad they didn't. The salesman went and fueled it up and I didn't notice until I got home but he spilled gas all down the side of it. That's why you never want a dealer to do anything to your car. They can't even put fuel in without messing it up. You would think they would have a little more respect for a brand new car. (I tried to get a pic of it but it wouldn't show up)

This has me really confused....where does the other 5% of the parts come from? Or do they just not put those on the car?

I will post some better pics after I get it cleaned up!
Thanks for looking!
