So my car stalled again after work.... I do not understand... I rechecked the Intake, everything looks good, filter looks good, hosing looks good... I then thought of something, when you reflash an ECU, do you have to reset the battery to recycle the ECU? When I got my car back they said they reflashed it but my time was set, my stations were all the same, I do not think they pulled the battery cable.. Does it work like a windows update where you have to restart the computer or does it work like lets say a browser update where you don't have to turn off the PC?

The radio presets are in the radio not the ecu and they should reset your clock for you. Sounds like they just reset it instead of flashed it. When they flash it they wipe it and reinstall the software

Well on the paperwork it says they reflashed it. More specifically ZA1J700C to ZA1JA00C. And I know the radio presets are on the radio but if you pull the battery terminal you lose your presets, at least I do. So I don't think they pulled the battery terminal after the reflash. I'm just curious if you NEED to pull the battery terminal afterwards.

I didn't on mine but they might have done it for me. Can always try it and see what happens

Shouldn't need to...

After a reflash, turning the ignition off, waiting 10-15 sec, then turn it on (but not starting the car for 15 sec), to allow the new flash to fully load before the car is actually running - should have been the normal sequence...if they did it right, but if they flashed it and every time since then its just been starting immediately, there might be an issue since it hasn't full loaded after flash before the engine is running...

Could always disconnect the cable to hard reset the ECU, then reconnect, turn the ignition to ACC, and wait 30 sec before starting it and see how it goes.

I'll give it a shot... At this point I'm running out of ideas... Which is terrible because I can feel like the intake is being useful and I really don't want to put the stock one in...

I have the injen intake and some people had similar problems bogging down and stalling I got lucky and mine works great could be the ecu reacting to your intake in a weird way you could try stock and reset it and see what you get.
