Do you happen to have a link to any C&C for any Northshore events?
I'm not sure if northshore has a website for theirs or not. I'll have to ask brandon. We're not sure when they're gonna do that one either due to the super bowl. I'll post up info here as soon as I find out though. Or you can join the group for it on facebook.

Unfortunately there isn't a separate site for the Northshore events, but they are lumped in with the New Orleans ones. Problem is they never seem to drum up enough interest for a Northshore event when it's put to a vote so they always end up just having another Southshore one.

My suggest would be to join the Facebook group for the New Orleans one and inquire about Northshore events as time goes on to drum up interest. I usually make it to the New Orleans ones and had plans to make this BR one but can't now, but I would love to have one closer to home on the Northshore.

Hey guys, I figured I would post this up in the other "local" threads. I picked up a Black BRZ Limited on Christmas Eve. I love everything about the car, except the spoiler.

If any of you guys with black want the limited spoiler, I want to do a trunk swap. My trunk has been debadged and is in perfect condition. I'm willing to meet somewhere in the middle and do the labor myself. Let me know. I'm located in DFW.

I looked at the "Louisiana" one. It looks like it as not been updated since mid-2012.

I would like to have one on the Northshore, too. My thoughts narrowed down to Cafe du Monde in Mandeville.

Because there are Southshore forums, I had always thought about creating a forum for the Northshore. However, I just don't know how big it would get or I would probably waste my time doing so.

I think the last Northshore one was at the Cafe du Monde on 21 in the Pelican Landing strip mall.

Well we had some bad weather this morning but still had a large turn out. Didn't see any FRS's or BRZ's except for one white one that drove by (not sure which it was, barely caught a glimpse). I'll make a post when I hear when the new orleans one will be next month.

I came by at 12 when there were just four or five people left. Sorry I missed the main group.

Yeah my group had already gone to eat by then. There were still a few corvettes and camaros there when we drove by after running river road but not nearly as many.

Like I said, really wasn't expecting as many people with the weather that bad this morning.

Nola autocross went as well as can be expected. 30 drivers. Delta board members worked the course and froze their wet ass off so nobody else had to work in the rain. Pretty cool of them. Every body ran without working. Then fun runs after.
Took 3rd in pax. Stock except for a front bar. Skinny prius tires did pretty well in the cold wet!

That's a pretty good group for the weather. I'd love to do a wet autocross some time... but perhaps in the summer. I'm kind of like Kerry. I can do wet, I can do cold, but the two of them together? Forget it.

They had some crazy asses out there in t-shits and shorts. Even looked up one time to see someone walking across the grid to paddock with t-shirt, shorts and no shoes on! I was hiding in my car most of the day.

The white one was me!

I drove by there, but the rain and the cold didn't seem like it was going to let up. I was pretty disappointed in the weather.

I will for sure go to the next one.

I'd always be down to having a mini-meet any time in Baton Rouge if we can get enough of us together.
