I'm in the Lake Charles area and already know a number of subaru people thanks to nasioc. Hope this will be a great place for fellow subie and fr-s owners as well. Anyone else put an order in on a yet. I have a BRZ Limited, mt, in crystal black silica on order.

Hey all...I'm near Biloxi, MS. I ordered Blue, Limited, MT from Bryan Subaru in Metairie. Based on them, they will be getting three but on the sticky on this site showed them getting only 2. I hope mine will still be made. Hope you get your cars. Once we all get them, should have a meet in the south or something.

Thats a pretty difficult task for someone like me right now....I work shift work and I usually have to miss out on most meets. There is a quarterly meet for subies in Lafayette and a really great guy's place

Madisonville, La here... I'm #1 at Baldwin Motors for a BRZ dark gray limited manual... Still being told 5/15!!!

Ever get yours in? I now have a vin and delivery date for June 12th.

delivery is supposed to happen on 6/5, my car made landfall 3 days late, 5/18... I'm beyond excited!!!

Excitement hasn't hit me yet. I expecting it to be like a brand new 95-98 240sx but not be as torquey and nothing at all like the RB swapped 240 I had. If subaru made a close to 300hp version I would buy it without a doubt.

Just recently moved to Lake Charles. Any good Scion or Subaru dealers around here?

Only one Scion deal in town. I bought my BRZ from JK Subaru in Netherland, Tx which is the closest Subaru dealer. There is one in Lafayette but stay away from them...they have a bad rep. from all the local subie guys on nasioc. I'm taking a leap of faith with JK, but I've talked with them a few times before I bought anything and they seem to be fine so far. I can start a review on them when my car comes in and keep it updated as much as possible.
