Keep in mind we offer replacement screws to those that lose theirs absolutely free of charge AND we recommend installing them with blue Loctite. Or you can add your own lock or star washers, but they might mar the anodized surface.

If your willing to send the pack of screws all the way down to Aus I would love a set as unfortunately mine are long gone. I will definitely Loctite them in.

Have you guys ever thought of using a nylon lock washer? Wont scratch and should keep the screws a bit more snug.

Well, I was reading some of the issues people are saying they are having with the AIRAID INTAKE... don't really see any loss of power from mine. I don't know.... going to have it dyno'd with stock and with AIRAID next week. I also took some video of me revving mine up... I don't notice anything odd about that. I can do some video of driving it... but I can't figure out how to upload the video onto this website.

Upload to YouTube and then put the link in a thread.

I ran my Airaid for 3k miles before I had my car tuned. As soon as I tuned it, I started to have the bog issue and slapped my stock intake with a AFE filter back on. No bog and better low to mid range power.

If you are going to test them you can't do it back to back or the ECU won't have time to learn the trim. I would say put at least 30miles between swapping intakes (though the more the better).

Yea, I will see what I can do. I might just have to pay for 2 dyno's so that I can get it to be proper ECU cal for the different intakes.

We've sold hundreds, less then 15 came back.

A lot of people use it and like it, some have experienced problems. Do what you will with that, Airaid is a great company and will quickly step up if you do experience less than favorable drive-ability.

I've liked mine, the only thing I still see is some issue with low idle rpms. I'm hoping when I fine tune my tune that it will be better

Feel the same way about mine. So you're not alone.

and by step up, you mean blame the customer.
