You haven't mentioned your screen size. I ran the check using the website's default rez of 1920x1080.
At 1920x1080 even on minimum spec you are still lacking ram.

Yeah I'll like pick up 4 more gb of ram. My board is limited to 1333, would it be worth it to upgrade the mobo for faster ram speed?

- 560 gtx 2gb
- my board http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/GigaByt...-P55-USB3/1703

Been playing on medium settings at the moment, but planning on picking up a 960 gtx card tomorrow (or should i splurge on a 970?) and already plan on overclocking it slightly to make everything ultra. (fallout 4)

Just wondering where my bottleneck would be... should i pick up another 4gb ram? start overclocking the CPU?
Your biggest bottleneck is the video card (560).

The vRam on the video card (2gb) is not enough for max details plus that is an old processor.

Get yourself a new video card with at least 3GB video ram.
A gtx960 would be minimum IMO
A gtx970 recommended

I also would recommend a ATI 380(x) or better.

Remember for the highest details in games (means higher res textures) you vRam on your video card is the most important.

Shoot for 4GB if you can afford it.

4GB system RAM is bare minimum so if you can swing a few extra bucks bump that up to at least 8GB RAM.

System ram will not help your in game experience nearly as much as a new video card with more vRAM and faster processor.

Everything is too slow on that system. I would either play as is or replace the whole thing. You can upgrade a little bit, but it's sort of a waste of money. Every new purchase will leave a bottleneck somewhere else. In the end, the motherboard and processor will limit things, even with more ram.

Personally, I would wait a year since you can still play now. The next generation of top games will probably be unplayable. That is when you upgrade to get the most bang for your buck.

Oh, and I keep reading that the Nvidia cards work better for gaming. Some things never change.

IMO, your current rig is decent but the RAM is low.

What's your budget for upgrading? Depending on the games you play, everything you could be a bottleneck, but in general I'd say the biggest to least: GPU, RAM, then CPU in your case.
