I have another set of Stocks sitting in my garage. One of them is slightly bent but not enough to notice it while driving.

Well here's the deal. I placed my order for Forgestar F14's a week ago. They won't be here for another 4 weeks. At that time, I will be putting Pilot Super Sports on them...

So imagine, if you will, waking up one morning to discover not 1, not 2, but 7 nails in your driver's side rear tire. This is 4 weeks before you're about to get a whole new setup.

So I go to discount tire and ask for a used tire. They have nothing in 215/45/17, but two tires in 225/45/17. So I have them replace the rear tires with these two used tires. The tires are Yokohama YK580's with 9/32'' tread. Practically brand new.

The problem is I have a track day coming up on Sept 28th where I and a local vendor will testing a set of very nice coilovers that haven't been publicly released yet. We wanted to test these coilovers on stock rubber because I've already had a track day out at Eagle's Canyon on stock rubber and stock suspension.

The new tires have a sidewall that is the equivalent of a marshmellow. The front of the car has an extremely crisp turn in and feedback and then the rear of the just kind of floats around and vaguely follows. We really need to have the same rubber all the way around to not completely waste this track day. Buying an entire set of race rubber for the stock tires is not an option because after the Forgestars come in, I will be purchasing some RPF1's with race rubber much wider than the stock wheels.

So what I need basically is to borrow 2 of someone's stock wheels/tires. I'm willing to give you $50 cash. You would hold on to my my current rear wheels with the Yokohama Tires and the money. After the track day, I'd come back, trade out the rear wheels and be on my way.

If anyone sounds up for this, please let me know!

Would there be a possibility to tag along for this "track day"?

Awesome. I would be incredibly grateful. Like I said, I'll have $50 cash for you.

Will you be bringing them to the track with you? I can schedule to come by where ever you are before hand if not.

Just to clarify, they have stock rubber with at least 4/32's or more?

I will be bringing them with me if I can go. If not we can find a time for you to come by.

The extra set I got had maybe 500 miles on them. Although two have some bad gouges in them from what looks to be contact to a big brake kit. And the other 2 are currently on my car which is in the shop atm. I would have to measure the other 2 as they had maybe 9k miles driven on them. I would imagine they have enough tread.

Guaranteed they have enough tread then. I have 16.5k miles on my fronts plus a full track day at Eagles Canyon and they have a good amount left.
