You know your a FR-S/BRZ owner when...
-You become a drift legend when one of your back wheels gets really low on air/flat and you start drifting through every turn like a champ.

-When you have to get new tires because your rear ones are bald but you tell the people putting the new tires on to put the new tires on in the front.

-When you don't mind parking next to another FR-S/BRZ but will skip one or two spaces when you park to any other car/sports car.

-When you feel that your car is more related to Subaru's than any Toyota or Scion, even if you have an FR-S.

thank you for reading. sent using Tapatalk! (wouldn't want to forget that)
Incoherent? I believe at the time I was merely stating my disappointment after buying my FRS. Truth is, I should have done more research and known exactly what I was getting. If I had been able to drive it a little harder before buying I probably would have walked away. Not because it is a bad car or because it lacks excitement but, because like many other muricans I had a different idea of what a sports car "should" be. I have never owned anything with less than 8 cylinders so I guess I am a bit addicted to torque. That being said, the car has grown on me. Little by little she is coming along, shedding weight, adding hp, and feeling better all around. I have to say that I have never obsessed about a car so much. This, that, FD, lightweight drive shaft, pulleys, tune, weight savings. Closer, closer, closer. Anyway, yeah, I loved my Camaro and after I pay this off I will probably get another one. They are two very different cars and it was my ignorance that tempted you to respond and educate me so well. My bad. But dude, really? The 2ss is a 40k car. I don't know if you've ever actually been in one but I will say this, that interior package beats the FRS/BRZ hands down no matter what trim level you get. In return I will offer this, after driving my FRS for about 6 months I can say that the handling is significantly better, not just slightly. There you go, two totally different cars. Both fun in their own right.

You know you drive an FR-S/BRZ when you are going out for lunch at work a lot more, because everyone wants a ride in your car and you can only take one co-worker at a time.

When you can drive a very good car like a GTI for a week, and still miss driving the FR-S.

Haha loving the tone of this thread

You know you drive an FR-S/BR-Z when you're apologizing to new (and sometimes repeat passengers) when they enter the car and try to sit in without falling outta control backwards. I smile and chuckle when I apologize. Every time. 😏

Yeah! I drove my dad's mini cooper S coupe for a week, and hated every minute of it. Just wanted to get back in the '86 the whole time. When we switched back, we both pointed out how much we hate each others car.
