Welcome! It's definitely a great car and a bunch of us have been doing little mods so far with the exception of a couple with bolt-ons! If you need help finding one, let us know! We have eyes and ears everywhere!

Yep I'm the one that got it last week! They are by far the most helpful dealership around here when it comes to finding an fr-s. Hampton basically told me to kick rocks and they put me on a "list" (but as of today they have a manual asphalt in stock). Anyway, I went to musson on Monday oct 29, and the next Wednesday at 4pm I had a call saying one was in. I had to have an automatic transmission in either gray black or silver. Mine wasnt a special order, they just called me when one came in, but they kept in contact me that week and a half, letting me know they were doing what they could to find one. They are expecting a silver one at the end of this month, unless its already spoken for. Anyway, was very satisfied with musson and I love this car!!!

Cool Cajun, Glad you received good service and they helped out. Surprisingly a rarity with car dealerships now a days. The guy I talked to was very nice and said they did have one on the way for an order and when it came in he would call so I could look at it.

On another note is anyone looking at body kits? I have looked at a few and see things I like and things I don't about each one. In the pics posted so far I don't see any but figured some of you have been thinking about some body mods at some point.

Thanks, Yea the more I look at them the more I like it. We had a 240 for almost 10 years and that was a great little car. Been driving Saturns for the last 10-12 years so getting back into something a bit more fun will be nice.

I am still working on the wife though so it may be a few months before I can purchase. It's hard to give up a car with no payments for one that has them! I'm working the angle that in 8 years I can pass the car on to our daughter who will be 16 and it would be a great car for her to drive I don't think it's working but she still hasn't called me on it yet.

I saw a Black FR-S in Lafayette this morning about 0830 going east down Heymann in the oil center. Was that you Cajun?

No, mines gray. And I was at work at that time. Hampton had a black manual that was presold at the end of October. I saw it on the lot when I went to get the 10k maintenance on my Tacoma. That was the first time I ever saw or even heard of the frs. Bet that was him

Hey around 12:45 was someone on here in a silver FRS turning off of Jeff Highway onto Sauve in River Ridge? I was turning onto Jeff Highway, tried to roll the window down to wave but they were already long past me before I could. Clean car btw :-D.
