Plastidip is ridiculous. Makes everything it touches look cheap and childish. Freeway to ruining a good looking car.

Now many of my friends swear by the stuff and I encourage their dreams when they want highlighter wheels with a purple car because to each his own, but the aforementioned is my honest opinion and my filters off because, internet.

UGH, they have no shine, no reflective properties at all. Just a dull sanded over look

Yuck just leave it be

I used to be 100% against plastidip. I've seen it pull clear off a friends car, and after seeing that; I was against it.

I don't like how it looks, I don't like how it feels. It's grainy, it looks like asphalt, and feels sticky and gross.

I've always been a fan of vinyl over plastidip, I've felt that vinyl looks better, feels better, and will always be better.

With the arrival of these new pigments and colors, my mind has changed on plastidip. It can look good(although it always looks a little asphalt-y) and it can feel good. While plastidip is still a joke to a lot of people in the community, with these new pearl/gloss pigments coming out- I'm sure that will change.

Just for reference, here's my vinyl wrapped car(on the left) next to my buddies HaloEFX'd car. It still looks rough up close, but it feels great.
