This is true. The BRZ/FRS is incredibly small, if you can't back it up without a camera then you're in trouble.

Small, with a high back window, poor reverse light location, and a lot of us have tint...

That's why you use your mirrors.

That's why you get a LED reverse light.

That's why you don't get a tint that is so dark that it inhibits rearward visibility.

I'm just giving crap. I don't mind people installing rearview cameras. This is one of the easiest cars I've ever backed up though. I feel like a parallel parking champion in this car.

1) Yeah, but it's hard to judge distances. It's not like an old Miata where I swear I could almost touch the edge of the trunk by turning around in the seat... It's why I haven't gotten a diffuser of any kind yet, I'd end up hitting it on a curb as I back into spots usually.

2) Got one (valenti) but it's still not enough lol. Brake lights are brighter and help more it seems.

3) 35% is the dasrkest you can legally go here, and as it's hot as hell here with crazy sun, it's at that number. If I had the option at the time of going with the louvers I probably would have and skipped the rear tint. As it is, I tend to roll my windows down and use the side mirrors at night.

4) Yep, this car is far from the worst, but the general trend of high back windows isn't helping things.

I can see the usefulness of a backup camera. is the other stuff worth ranting over?? How old are you? Sounds more likef a whine.
If its that important to you there's a huge aftermarket to support your wants. Otherwise the car meets all current safety standards if that's you concern, though like most you probably just want your car to "look" JDM.

Yeah, my A4 had the rear fog light. I was constantly getting people telling me that I had a tail light out when I drove with the fog lights on. Only one rear light illuminates when the fogs are on but the other lights are not.
