Yee hah!

You would come to Nebraska when I am out of town in North Carolina. Safe travels!

So i cruised into Sacramento at 3:00 on Sunday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I'm hugely busy getting oriented to my new assignment but i'll get back here sometime this weekend if not before. Cheers!

I'm just 5 hours away.

Do stop by, enjoy the winding roads of the Lost Coast, Redwoods as well, if you have the time.

Have a wonderful and safe trip.

Pics are: 1 (Barry Rd.) Kneeland, Ca. 2 Shelter Cove (view south), Ca. 3 Shelter Cove (view north), Ca. 4 Lost Coast, Humboldt cty, Ca. (Mattole Rd. near Steamboat Rock). 5 Trinidad, Ca. (above College Cove Beach)

Thanks ToySub1946. That looks like a great drive. I'll put it on my bucket list. It 's been getting pretty empty.

Yeah, that's why i wanted to bring mine out. So here are a few stats:

Total distance in 5 days: 2589 miles including probably 20 miles wandering
around in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Moving average speed: 72 miles per hour
Mileage: 31 miles per gallon
Top Speed: 125 miles per hour (only for a second and somewhere
between here and there - stable and still pulling.)
Observation: Cruise control will hold at no more than 91 mph.
Conclusion: Driving thousand of interstate highway miles in an
FR-S is a pleasure.
