I've considered a CB, they still work, and truckers still provide good road info when traveling.

Careful in CA. Sac CHP been stricter lately. CA in general. 65-76mph tops.

West Bound and Down..........

:Bad grandpa checking in from Lincoln, Nebraska. All going according to plan. CB always comes in handy for bear reports. I tried the Waze app today. It sucked my Blackberry's battery dry. Had to do CPR on my phone. Worked great for three hours though. A nice supplement to the radar detector and CB radio, but just not for such long periods. Big run tomorrow to Rawlins, Wyoming. Yee hah!
