Hehe, I have a set of TWS T66-F (9") and a set of TRD SF2. Oh, and a set of Weds SA10R (9.5"). I think the TWS wheels were more expensive than the TRD off memory.

Wasted money - who cares. I don't waste money on other stuff (smoking, drinking, expensive dining or holidays) and choose to "waste" my discretionary income on my car. And, boy do I waste it on my car!

All I can say is go big! Not to date myself but this is what I had in my integra. Oh and yes I would still take a type r.

With the trd usa springs drop of 15mm there appears to be no clearance issues even at full lock.

I can say the strength/structural design of these high end TWS wheels are superior to any of the custom wheels that you are talking about.

Of course, if you want something that's just flashy then you can ignore TWS.
