I'm 5'6" 150lbs and I am short for the seat. It does hurt my shoulders after a little bit since the sides roll your shoulders forward. I think its really intended for people 5'10" or taller and a lumbar support would definitely help. Took a road trip from NJ to Indy and I had to put a pillow behind my back on the return drive.
