Going from a Sti with a few bolt-ons nothing crazy to a BRZ, you really miss the turbo lol.

I'm curious about the positioning of the turbo on the ptuning kit; how much work is required when you change your clutch?

I guess what I meant was do you have to remove the turbo, oil scavenging etc. every time you change the clutch

Did you watch that video Lexus posted? Hilariously bad production quality. The best part is in one of the slow pans up close, where you can see, reflected in the car, the camera man in an extended crotch shot.

It's late and not good at posting photos on forums, but just got back and car is a freaking beast.
I'm not going to get to crazy with parts etc because I'm doing this right before work and gone for 2 weeks with limited access. The car put down 309.5 HP and 248.5 ftlb of torque. Short mod list -Ptuning turbo kit -EBCS -Ptuning fueling package (bigger injectors and 4 bar sensor) -Borla UEL header -Invidia Q300 exhaust (2.5in car would have made more power if it had some more flow aka 3in, but gotta keep it quite around where I live) Long story short. Amazing group at Ptuning with all the help and making my car fast as hell. They did everything they stated and more. I'm afraid I don't have any dyno videos, but I know they will be posting one on their facebook page Ptuning. Hopefully soon. I will have some videos and updates in the future when I get back from traveling for work. What's next is I need better suspension and tires. I wheel hop like crazy from a start and man is my tail end happy with all that power lol. Take care guys, Josh |
