Kidney stones

I've had two kidney stones (2012 & 2013). The pain had me in tears and you think by getting into a certain position it would relieve the pain but it doesn't. I googled to see if giving birth is more painful...guess what? Kidney stones are worse than giving birth!! (Anecdotal data). I haven't had one since 2013 but I've also made adjustments to my diet and exercising regularly.

Lets see if another happens down the road...

I can't remember the strict diet the doctor had me on but I remember that I basically couldn't eat anything. I've been dieting and excersizing alot lately and it seems to have brought it down. Over a year since the last episode.
