I would expect some tweaking, but nothing insurmountable. TopSpeed has a great reputation in the MR2 community for customer service. If anything does become difficult they will make it right with you.

My header over pipe and front pipe from Top Speed one were all 100% perfect fitment without any pulling or tweaking. everything lined up just right! I have not had a single issue. Those who have I don't know what to say about them as i don't know the situation they had with Top Speed... All i know is if i had any problems Ian and John over there would have taken care of me instantly. These guys stand behind their product and do a good job at what they do.

I wasnt too happy with the piping but i can assure u that the fitment is spot on. And i put mine in on the ground in my garage. Install was smooth.

I was there for the install and got to hear it, this header sounds AWESOME. I've never been a huge fan of how the Borla UEL sounds but the Top Speed header is just unequal length enough to have a noticeable rumble while still sounding smooth. Will your FR-S sound like a WRX? No, however it will sound way meatier and more like a sports car. I personally am a big fan of the sound and how the header felt.

That's odd.. everyone else seems to have good fitment with the cat back. Did you contact them? I'm sure they would have made it right for you.

You mean the pipe was sitting close the sub frame which doesn't hurt anything or get hot enough to damage anything.

I already had given the shop the ok to make it fit before I even laid eyes on the thing. Its ok, cost me $100 to modify and install but its all up there now. It was resting against the subframe, not just near it. We never started it like that but im sure it woulda vibrated the hell outa the cabin if left like that. The hangers had to be replaced to get it to clear it. Then each arm of the "Y" had to be extended about 2 inches and then altered to center the diffuser holes. I do wish I had gotten ahold of them, but its behind me now. It really does sound quite good, very drony, but good.

Did you take pics prior to modifying it? Or that's what the shop told you?

If you had any issues Top Speed stands behind their products.

I gave them permission to modify the attached part to get it to fit with the stock front pipe and then I drove down there in my Golf to see how bad the rest of it was. No pics because I'm currently using an old school flip phone awaiting the GS5 next week. It really is fine lol. It's part of the game. Do I wish they'd reimburse my modification costs? Hell yeah. Any chance that could happen you think if I took pics of everything that needed work (which was literally everything)?

Most likely if you contacted them ahead of time before modifying it. The exhaust are robotic tig welded so they all come out the same. It's wierd yours had an issue.

Maybe ill shoot them an email just to voice my situation. A little extra quality control would help everyone.

Do that or call in and talk to George. He is always on top of things. He even called Seibon and got me another hood because mine was warped which I bought from another vendor that didn't wanna deal with it.

Anybody can sell the same parts but when it comes to service I've always had the best service from top speed.
