Dash Cam Recommendation Request

But I have a general dash cam question: where do you guys recommend I plug it in so it's neat? The front dashboard only has that usb port, there's a cigarette lighter in the middle console but that just seems too far and awkward, and then there's the cigarette lighter in the glove box but I don't even know if it that's viable option.

Most dash cams come with a long enough cord that you can actually run the wire around the windshield, down the A-pillar (you have to pull out the cover, very easy to do), and down around the side of the dash (by the door), then you can access the glovebox plug from the underside of the dash. You can do all that within a few minutes.
