They're really hit or miss. They have great cars but then they have horrible ones. But I guess that's all car manufacturers?
But if they do kill the evo they're killing off one of the only cars that had a major following that they produce. I think it'd be suicide.

I agree but it also doesn't help that most people beat the living hell out of them.

Same experience with an 02 eclipse, 155,000 miles nothing but regular oil changes and recommended maintenance. Still have it as a winter beater.

Well it's like every sports car there's tons that are beaten and abused. Hell even twins, you just have to shop around and really look. No one buys a evo to go slow.

I realize that all I'm saying is cars that are beat on dailly tend to not be very reliable regardless of company. Especially turbo cars.

Did they really cancel the EVO? I thought they haven't come to that decision, wasn't there some rumor that they trying to Hybrid it?

3000gt was a fun looking car but, it just never made it's mark like the Supra or the GTR, in terms of 90s great sports cars. Everyone remembers the Supra, GTR, NSX and RX7 but not everyone remembers the GTO

Well, if they cancel the EVO, it is another way of declaring bankruptcy

...I always tell myself the return of the Starion would have been a worthy investment on Mitsubishi's part rwd turbocharged at around the price point the twins are. Oh well you snooze you lose

Whoa, didn't even realize it was a transverse V6. That explains a few things.

A friend in high school 91-92, had a 3000GT, not the turbo. But it was still 222BHP front wheel drive. His was an automatic but still for a senior in high school that car was pretty pimp.

The only other car a good friend had was an 84 civic hatchback. Which got way over 40mpg with its little engine.
