Go to Guelph Scion! I had a horrible experience with Cambridge (you can check out the thread I started on it) and haven't heard much better about Heffner (but can't say from personal experience as I never tried them)
All I can say is that Guelph has been awesome at listening to my concerns and ordering a new part if I need it. No hassle

Better safe than sorry so I would take it in quick and have it checked out...What's an hour of your time if it saves a huge headache later on?

Edit: Maybe @jamies31 (Guelph Scion) can tell you if he's heard of this issue before?

Did you ever get problem #1 resolved? I've had my BRZ for 10 months now, and all of a sudden a few days ago, my wipers were making the clicking noise too. It happens everytime the wipers come back down, but only on the intermittent mode. It's driving me crazy, every time I hear the click!!!

I just had Blackvue Dr550 dashcam installed, would this have affected it in any way?

It's normal, just the relay switch clicking on and off to get the timing right, it's located just behind the dash with very little sound deadening.

The only fix would be tearing apart the dash to put in a new one or add sound deadening, you'd be creating more noises than solving them.
