Weird that's the only place I've seen it referred to as that.

if the above spoiler is the same one you have then its all 3m tape, no drilling, so it should be real easy for you to remove yourself

Where'd you read that? I'm surprised that the factory-installed spoilers would just use tape, the aftermarket install instructions definitely use bolts.

It's available as an option when I "build" a FR-S on Scion.com (zip code 94015).

Let me rephrase that...it's not available in the SE. We get the LED DRLs in the fog lamp area...apparently people west of the mississippi get a lame spoiler. :p

Thought the FR-S and BRZ spoilers were bolted on? And the TRD Wing used the same holes....The actual TRD wing.

There is a TRD spoiler:

A Scion OEM spoiler:

And Five AD spoiler:

For those asking if it's the Five AD spoiler: It does not require holes so the OP is talking about TRD or Scion spoiler.

I bought the 5 AD (Axis) stand alone (without body kit) which I always thought looked the best. IMO it flows with the cars curves. If you like this one, then maybe it will cover the holes? Unless you don't want any spoiler at all....

This is the same reference I saw...

I think I am just going to get the JDM one... except I think it will require two new holes to be drilled and has to be painted to match... so most likely will cost about the same as getting the holes plugged and resprayed, + the cost of the spoiler.

In my region those are actually bolted on with holes in the trunk. If the spoiler really bothered OP then he would have waited for one without or checked the trunk to see if it was drilled. At first I wan't a fan of the spoiler but it grew on me and other people seem to like it as well.

sorry for the wrong info in my above post, the spoiler is bolted on. I got my spoilers mixed up, just double checked but it looks like everyone already figured it out... there's just so much options for our cars now

uhh, no there's approximately 6-8 screws on this thing that you need to unscrew before ripping out. Do not just tug and pull on it.
