dont drive it just go to toyota get a inspection or report. dont fix it there unless you know them. best thing take it to where you did install. let us know what caused you to run waaaaaay too rich before you flood out. Good info for everyone boosted to look out for. i want to supect a fuel issue

Ok, slow down and gather your thoughts.

Why does your failsafe does not show boost?

Does your tune have a boost cut?

You have the stock clutch?

What tune do you have?

At what RPM is it that you feel the power loss?

Is it like you are punching it, feels awesome and then it feels like cut and dry the car just stops?

At the moment the car stops, does it go all the way lean?

1) My shop only set it up to AFR. im not sure how to switch it back and failsafe software does not support Mac

2) Yes, thats what John @Visconti told me

3) Act 6 Puck

4) FBM tune from Visconti

5) Turbo starts spooling at 4k, so 4k

6) when i floor the car and turbo starts spooling, it justs stops and rpms go all the way to 1k

Honestly its probably just installer error. Turbo's are fairly complicated, and a lot can go wrong during installation. From what I've heard so far I don't really hear anything to be the fault of Full Blown's kit, but I could definitely be wrong!

Good luck OP! I wouldn't even drive that very far until I got that fixed if I were you...

This sounds normal. You forgot what your clutch was like after 9 days. It will be more evident if you drove any other manual transmission cars. As I told you, the 6 puck was not meant for you.

1) I hope the shop did connect the Boost line. If so, get a windows computer and set the digital big number to boost.

2) Awesome, I am thinking it might be boost cut being hit. I assume you had not floored it all the way to redline until today. I had the same issue, it was boost cut and my Wastegate was not opening

3) You may have not noticed your clutch being this hard initiall or maybe it broke in and that is why it now feels different.

5) This detail specifically, hints me that its fuel cut and your WG is probably not opiening.

6) Where you taking logs with ECUtek?

Although the Boost leak theory is also very very possible.

I think you are right. Just because you haven't driven the car for 9 days doesn't mean you couldn't have blown a coupler off somewhere the first time you got on it. If you are not able to troubleshoot issues like this and need to drive to a shop 80 miles away, then I am not sure that going forced induction was a good idea for you.

So we have another Full Blown user running around on a car without knowing what boost you are hitting? You could definitely be hitting a boost cut then. The Failsafe holds the last 3 hours of datalogs, so find someone with a Windows laptop and download the data from the gauge. It will tell you what AFR and boost you are actually hitting. This is a great advantage when you don't have your laptop and EcuTek to datalog while driving.

Shit I hit over 7psi with my Full Blown kit right out of the box. I'm sure you hit boost cut then. I have the base kit as well and it ships with a Precision wastegate with a natural and red spring in the wastegate for 6.9 psi wastegate pressure. I boosted to 8 psi with that spring combination.
