Is the aem a plug and play or are you guys wiring it in?

The setup i have is mostly plug and play...I'm not 100% sure the status of its availability though.

Will this be hooking up to the stock location overpipe? What size exhaust piping would be recommended?

Yes the downpipe mates up in the OEM location of the overpipe. Ill snap a few pics in a bit

Here you go. We did 3" downpipe with the rest of the system 2.5" We tapered the inside of the flange so the transition from 3" to 2.5" is smooth

What kind of PSI are you going to be running, and any specific power goals?

The goal is 400ish to the wheels so it should reach that at moderate boost levels
