Why are you doing business with a specious dealer in the first place? Surely you have other options where you are located? Just tell them the deal's off and move on. Or is there something you're not telling everyone?

I know I f***Ed up.... should of compared different dealers yet I was so overwhelmed.... is. also because I don't want to wait for a white FRS to come in and wait even more.... but looks like I don't have any more options, it wasn't till a couple days ago I realized the prices were dramatically different.....

Edit: You haven't been very clear, did you already sign the paperwork? Do you already have the car? All it should take is to open the Scion website and say "there's the price, that's what I'm paying".

Yes I signed paper work yet Im not going to receive the car till this upcoming Tuesday. THATS what's I been trying to argue(pure price) so they can revise and get a better price.

Where are you in this purchase? You haven't taken delivery, but what have you signed? Did you put down a deposit? Have you even seen/driven the car?

So far I put a deposit of 4000 and the car is in route and not coming till this Tuesday, they also promised it will arrive by the 9th of this moth but nothing. So far I know I signed for the contract for the Purchase of the Vin, 100,000 warranty and gap. I'm still waiting to see if anyone can help me out with a copy of there contract. I'm also going to give scion and Toyota a call to see if they can help anyway possible.

So when you put the deposit down you were told that the car would get in on the 9th? Have you asked the dealership to refund your deposit?

If you have not taken physical delivery of the car you are not obligated to take the car. Tell them you want your money back and you will be calling a lawyer if they do not.

From there go and find another dealer to get the car from.
