yeah I hate that sound, I adjusted my pinion angle found out it was a little off center but i guess the damage was done already little noise

I don't think, it "belong" isn't the right word, I think "part of" might be the right word for it. Cuz VW, Honda, Chevrolet, Nissan, Alfa Romeo, Mazda & etc uses JTEKT Torsen NA Inc for their parts... but you're right. It's major part of Toyota group.

lol, no way! let's just keep that on our trucks. the big advantage a mechanical LSD has over our e-lockers is that it's always "on" and can be driven in any conditions. the difference my LSD made in my MR2 was incredible. granted, it's the OEM viscous, but it still made a huge difference.

I voted mechanical because it's my preference. But honestly I think they'd use a torsen G code (200mm) that they already have a billion of laying around. Which isn't a bad thing.

As long as they don't have the stupid brake diffs like on Porsches now. They don't transfer more torque to one side they just apply brakes on the side that has too much torque, so you lose power. I think it's very stupid

agreed. that's why i said "no electronic LSD" (basically what you described). mechanical or ban!
