So...STX...STR.....BRING IT...Its amazing how much Decent suspension does to a car...Installation...I give a 6...the front was no problem..however the ABS and Brake line is routed kinda funky..but I adapted and overcame the Rear.. was a bit more stubborn...but I got it...finally.. Stock 14mm rear sway is on now..with Kartboy links..running Recommended settings for now.. went on a short 'test' drive... I can't wait to get this thing on the course now......I LOVE the KW's...easy to tune... and pretty easy to adjust....I was going to have an event tomorrow but I didn't get to the alignment ...so Monday after work...then I also need to corner weight it.....so far...I am absolutely Beyond pleased with the KW's...They Got it right....On to the pics..

Stock Front Strut assembly....12.6 lbs...
KW Front Strut assembly... 12.9 lbs...

Fronts.... adjusting the ride height..

Front ...After adjustment...about a 1 inch gap between the top of the tire and fender... Coool thing of note...All 4 fenders are Factory Rolled..so nooo issue whatsoever with fitment...

and...the Side Profile shot...soooo Sexy..

Can't wait for Cent Divs Next week in Milwaukee.... running up our good buddy Neal Tovsen...and his wife in STX...should be interesting.. ...we'll see how it does against a well prepped Bimmer..

I am basically an inch off the tire all the way around... it could go lower..but not functional...Control arms are pretty much Parallel like they are supposed to be..

I agree looks perfect the way it is!! Bet you are liking your RS3's as well!! I love how in control they make the car feel not too much grip or too little just right.

This is for the Var 3's
V1,2,3 and clubsports are twin-tube, not inverted.

Some of the KW Race stuff is mono-tube but I'm not sure they make many inverted shocks. Some have a big sleeve with a linear bearing for reinforcement, which looks like an inverted shock but is not (wrx and evo group n 3-ways for example).

edit- this fancy thing for example is not actually an inverted shock:
