I would run what you have been running and don't make a change just for nats. Did that last year on what tires I was running and regretted the change.

Making changes this close to nats is a great way to put bullets in your foot. I have seen so many talented people start agonizing over 50 lbs/in of spring and making wholesale changes to their car a week before nats, they show up and they underperform. At least one that I can think of threw away a chance at a jacket like this. Don't overthink this, show up with what you know works and go for it.

Fair enough, that's what I'm leaning towards (no changes) - seems like the smarter thing to do. I appreciate the input!

Is anyone running Bilstein B6/B8 for C-Street?
If you are, could you share how they compare to the Koni yellow with full replacement fronts? Newb here.

The B6 is a great shock if you know what you want as far as valving goes, and know someone who will revalve them. If you don't know what you want, that probably means you want a knob for adjustment, and that probably means Konis. Grogan is running an OTS set and the results speak for themselves. |

Speaking of shocks, this is kind of off topic, but for guys on Konis/TRD stuff who also run their car at track days... What kind of settings are you running on the big track? |

Slightly l less rebound in back, more rebound in front. Simply for better stability.

Lets see how it does this week running with the CS crowd. Andy Hollis will be driving, so we should get a decent idea of what it's capable of. I'm honestly surprised the SEB didn't wait to class it until after this week. The car Mazda brought is equipped to be as quick as a Street-class MX-5 will get; low options except for big brakes, good shocks, and LSD.

Well it's definitely loud, but not unbearable. With the rear seats up, there is basically no drone on the highway. I haven't heard it next to a straight muffler delete, but I'm sure this muffled track pipe is quieter.
