No unusual grooving that I see.

Its doing better today, but there are still times when suddenly its SUPER loud and others when its completely quiet... I'm gonna give it another week and then recheck.

You should really check that side to see that there is no uneven wear of the pads. Make sure alignment and centering of the caliper is good.

The BP20 pad you ordered is a street/track pad, so it will squeel a bit sometimes. We do provide pad shims for the front which reduces the noise.

But if you are only getting noise from one side that you can "feel" (I am not sure what you mean by that) you should really check it out.

As others have mentioned, a good bedding in cycle is also critical to reducing squeal (in addition to getting the best braking performance).

We have a recommended technique in our instructions. Once you do the bedding in and park the car, you really should see an obvious even blue tint to the braking surface of the rotor, that is a good indication that you put enough heat into it.

There were no notes about lubrication. Should any grease be applied along with theach anti-squeel shims on the front pads?

The anti-squeel shims on the front pads were slightly smaller than the pads and couldn't have both sides of the tabs be bent down, could this be a problem?

Also, would the anti-rattle clips help with any other rattles or noises as well?

The shims should have an adhesive backing so you don't need grease.

Also, do you think beveling the leading edge of the pads will help reduce the noise?

I put a really thin layer of grease where side of the pad slides into caliper. It's minor, but it doesn't hurt to minimize metal to metal sliding.

Alright, I took off the brake pads and cleaned off all the grease I had used, and I also beveled the leading and trailing edges... I then applied a different brake lubricant to as many metal-to-metal locations as possible.

I drove it around for a little bit, and no squeal, but after awhile, now the squeal is back completely! Uggg

I took photos of everything so everyone can look and see if anything looks out of place. Note: The shims seem too small, and one of the little tabs actually fell off while I was working on cleaning them off thats why its missing. The adhesive keeps them in place:

Brake pads both sides -

Rotors both sides -

Brake pistons both sides -

Just looking at your rotors, you have NOT bedded them in properly yet......do what the instructions say for bedding in and you will find the noise will be gone.

Took mine to a local airport (got permission to drive on it as its a private airport) and bedded them in........but could of also gone to a local track if I wanted too.

Greasing the heck out of everything is just a way to keep them dirty, grease holds dirt, dirt wears out stuff fast........only use an amount that's necessary and where indicated in the instructions

Agreed, the pads aren't bedded in. Also, the BP20 is probably too aggressive for a street only pad (there's no such thing as street/track, IMO) and will likely squeal often unless you do hard braking to keep them bedded in.

Everything I read said the BP20's are quiet, but if not then maybe I should just buy some street pads? Its not like these are difficult to swap, its a <30 minute job (mostly that long cause of my extended studs taking forever to remove lugs by hand lol) and save the BP20's for a track day.

BTW the rears aren't squealing at all from what I can tell, and they are also BP20's.

Get them properly bedded in first before doing anything. I've had similar experiences where one set of pads makes tons of noise and the other doesn't, both of the same compound. When bedded in the noise should pretty much go away, my track pads are essentially silent after they're bedded in.
